This document sets out the Shipping Policy that shall apply to you (“You” or “Your” or “User”), as the user of the website www.nutritionshoppee.com (“Website”), and/or any related mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), which is owned and operated by Nutrition Shoppe, a unit of Nutrition Shoppe (“We”, “Us” or “Company”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at PLOT NO. This Shipping Policy, as may be amended from time to time, is to be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as available on the Website.

DELIVERY

 

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched through a trusted courier, postal, or logistics partner. Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or locked premises, the order will be marked undeliverable and returned to us. Repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation of the order.

1. What are the shipping options for my order?
We currently offer standard shipping across India.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders above ₹399 qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below ₹399 will incur a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 (inclusive of GST).

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?
Your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Estimated delivery timelines will also be shown on the product page.

4. How are products packaged?
All products are carefully packed using boxes, paper bags, and/or bubble wrap to avoid damage in transit. For fragile or special items, additional protective packaging may be used.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes. After dispatch, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can also track your order from the My Orders” section on your account dashboard.

6. How do I check the current status of my order?
Log in to your account and go to the My Orders” section. Click on the order number to view real-time status updates.

7. Do you ship to international locations?
No, we currently ship only within India.

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
At the moment, we do not support changing the delivery address once an order is placed. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order.
