Is my product eligible for return?
Products are eligible for return within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the
product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with all original tags
and labels intact.
For cases involving the following issues, the regular 14-day return policy will not apply, and we
require customers to contact us with images/videos of the packaging and product within 3 days
of the order delivery date:

● DamagedItem (but the shipping box is intact)
● Missing Item in Order
Werecommend you capture an unboxing video, as this can serve as evidence to resolve the
above claims.

● Openedorused items
● Complaints related to taste, health issues, etc. (We recommend consulting a nutritionist
or contacting the brand directly for such concerns)
● Products with tampered scratch codes, serial numbers, etc.
● Freebie items that were not purchased
● Individual items from a combo package
What happens if I receive a fake product?
Please note that at NutritionShoppe, we do not work with any third-party sellers. All products
listed on our website are fulfilled directly by us from our own warehouse. This means that we
guarantee 100% authenticity. We are the official, authorized, and certified distributor/seller for all
the brands we carry, so you will not receive a fake product. If you need to verify the authenticity
of a product, please contact the brand’s customer service directly and share product images or

What happens if the product is close to expiry?
Wemaintain the latest batches of all products, receiving fresh stock from brands and official
importers on a weekly basis. You should not worry about receiving near-expiry products. For
products with a shelf life of more than 18 months, a product with 4 months or less remaining is
considered “near expiry.” For products with a shelf life of 12 to 18 months, a product with 2
months or less remaining is considered “near expiry.” Occasionally, we may offer such products
at discounted rates in our “clearance sale” section, where the expiry date will be clearly
mentioned.

To initiate a return, please email us using the contact form on the Help Center page, providing
details of the issue along with relevant images/videos to support your case.
What is the return process?
Once your return request is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the product,
and you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the product is
securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.
Howwill the refund be processed?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 3
business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For Pay on Delivery orders, we will ask for your bank details to process a digital transfer. Please
allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Where can I view the status of my return/refund?
To track the status of your return or refund, go to the “My Orders” section in your account. You
will be able to view the current status of your return or refund request.
What should I do if the shipping box received is damaged?
In the rare event that the shipping box is damaged, tampered with, or missing the
NutritionShoppe-branded tape, please reject the delivery (even for prepaid orders) and contact
us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue or issue a refund as applicable.
What happens if I get a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never
received it?
If you receive a delivery notification but do not receive your order, please inform us within 2 days
of receiving the delivery notification. We will take the necessary action with the courier service to
investigate and resolve the issue.
Howlong does it take to process refunds?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. After initiation, your bank may take
up to 7 business days to process and reflect the refund in your account
