General Returns Policy

 

Our Replacement, Returns and Cancellation Policy allows you to request a return or replacement of products within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. However, in case of damaged, incorrect, expired products or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or return.

Returns based on buyer’s remorse—such as ordering the wrong product or no longer needing it—may be declined. Such cases will be assessed based on your order history and other factors at our sole discretion.

Returned products will undergo a quality check (QC) before processing any refund or replacement.

For a return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.

  • The product received matches what was shipped.

  • The product is returned with all original packaging (outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, accessories).

  • The return request is within the applicable timeline.

Cancellation Policy

(i) Cancellation by You:
You may cancel your order if the product(s) have not yet been shipped. To cancel, visit My Orders > Select Order > Click “Cancel”. Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

(ii) Cancellation by Us:
Your order may be cancelled by us in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors.

  • Non-availability of the product.

  • Quantity issues or any other valid reason at our discretion.
